Located in a residential neighborhood between the east end of the Geneva-on-the-Lake strip and Indian Creek RV Resort.

All guest receive 10% off Sunset Taxi services when picked up from a Sunset Vacation Rental property. Private tours are also available to visit local attractions and wineries.

Specifically for all Sunset Vacation Rentals guest street legal 6 seater golf carts are available for our guest to reserve and rent during their stay.

• Put any and all trash bags in the can outside.
• Pets are allowed in our units marked pet friendly only. A pet, or any evidence of a pet found on the property, that was not previously disclosed by charging you the pet fee and can result in immediate eviction. DOGS ONLY- maximum 2 dogs, unless previously authorized.
• Please note, this home is near Lake Erie, so you may encounter outdoor insects like spiders or mosquitoes. Refunds will not be issued due to area insects.

After reading so many good reviews, we decided to try "glamping" with the RV in the garage unit. Unfortunately, there was a strong musty smell in the garage, which we couldn't get rid of by opening the garage door and letting it air out. Also, the jacuzzi area was overgrown with brush over the fence and weeds all around. A couple of the jets in the jacuzzi didn't work and it was missing a head rest in one corner. We couldn't adjust the temperature in the RV, and with the ac unit above the RV running, the temperature stayed at a frigid 66 degrees. It was either run the ac or leave it off, which made the unit uncomfortable. The hid-a-bed in the living area wouldn't fold up, as it was welded underneath, and when we tried to lie on it to watch TV, it was extremely awkward as the metal bar was right in our back. We loved the Geneva on the Lake area and had a good time in town, but as far as glamping, we will not be doing that again.

Great spot to stay

This was a really cool place to "camp" for a few days. Awesome set up, plenty of room, close to attractions. Would highly recommend for a small family or couples wanting to get away. 5 stars!

Geneva stay was nice

I like it there as the hot pool was so great! Location ideal and private also, amenities were plentiful. Inside RV was pretty clean and the garage only downside was furniture odor and cleanliness, However pets were allowed as i brought my dogs probably why which was my best part!!

We love this property! The clever idea of a glamp out with the comfort and security of a private shelter with seating, television, and games is so fun and welcoming! The added benefit of a private hot tub was the clincher of this perfect getaway! We will definitely be back!!

Very unique experience camping with the comforts of being out of the weather. Hot tub was perfect to relax in the afternoon. Close to downtown Ashtabula and the strip on Geneva on the lake. Definitely would like to experience it again
