This large 2 bedroom condo on the 16th floor was in a great locations with lots of good restaurants nearby. It was central to everywhere we went in Austin. We would definitely stay here again.

Great view of the river and downtown Austin. Was in town for work and the location was very convenient. The only downside was the temp and humidity of the room itself. There was a lock on the thermostat that made it only comfortable to sleep in for only 1 of the 4 nights I stayed.

We had a wonderful stay for 5 nights. Our room had lake and city view. Location is just nothing to complain. Communication is prompt and to the problem solving. We did have issues to check in, but easily solved by real people. We did use the kitchen n washer dryer. It is good for us. Yes, things start to show nicknack, not fresh anymore. It is more like home, not hotel. What I can see improvements will be a towel rack to rest all wet towels for next usage before laundry just like at home we do.

Amazing location and it was HUGE, wonderful surprise. Very clean, great bathroom, appreciated the full length mirror and the provided detergent with washer + dryer. Kasa is always quick to respond to any questions I have. I exclusively stay with Kasa wherever I go and this one on 2nd street is the best one here in Austin. Always very reasonable priced and you get way more than you’d think. Will definitely be back!!
