This was my first time in Austin and staying at a Kasa location. I was a little nervous about the virtual check in but it was so easy and the property was in a great location of the city. The property was clean and amenities were perfect just like staying at home. The view was incredible. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone going to Austin.

Not sure what the VIP access included? The property was highly secure, which actually made some aspects "challenging"! Entry/exiting the building, elevator and parking were all by card. The room itself was VERY basic but clean. Beds were very comfortable. Had a cool view since the den area is all windows. Received a notice/text message on Saturday night at 10:30 while in the room playing a board game, for noise disturbance??!! Yet I was awakened around 2 am to people laughing and talking.

The view was much nicer than expected. I really liked the high ceilings - it made the space feel a lot bigger. It was awesome to have a full kitchen, even though I didn't use it this time. The pool area was very nice as well. The room was clean but looked a bit tired in some areas. And while the parking instructions were incredibly detailed and were the only reason I was able to navigate it, it would still be nice to have an easier and more simple way to get in and out of the property.

Great space, great amenities, great pool. Amazing location in a central part of downtown Austin, which makes the hotel close to everything. The over the top no human interactions is not a thing I enjoyed though. Virtual check-in is annoying for no reason but the check-out is easy. Placing random noise trackers in the unit to send you text messages while playing music while no one is even complaining or being disturbed is over the top annoying. In addition not disclosing that noise trackers would be placed and that one would have to scan their face prior to checking in is not something I like and should really be fully disclosed prior to one paying a non-refundable payment.
