We are happy to propose to you, this charming apartment in the hyper center of Auray. Located in the place aux roues but profiting from an absolute calm (southern exposure back of the building). This beautiful apartment of 63 m² is ideal for 1 or 2 travelers. The room has a quality bedding in 1 double bed of 180 or 2 twin beds of 90. A private parking space in the courtyard will facilitate your stay. On the 1st floor (without elevator) this apartment with wifi (optical fiber) has a beautiful living room of 27 m², a fitted and equipped kitchen, a large bright bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and plenty of storage space. The cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 27 m² with TV
- A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine.
- A room with 1 king-size bed (180×200) or 2 single beds of 90 separable

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the city center of Auray, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. A big market takes place every Monday morning, you will be able to take advantage of a big hall with local producers, everything is done on foot, access to 5 minutes on foot to the very nice port of St Goustan.

Nice and well located property

The flat is right in the centre of Auray, which is fun. It has parking, which is essential for us. Kitchen- living area is really good. Bedroom is OK. Worst feature is the bathroom- it needs renovating. Would I stay at this property again- definitely. Just know the bathroom is in need of renovation.

Le Coeur d'Auray "Bel appartement spacieux et très bien équipé. Rate de trouver une vaisselle et une batterie de cuisine aussi complètes. Seule la salle de bain est en deçà des autres prestations et coûte une étoile. L’odeur d’humidité était très présente à notre arrivée, elle s’est estompée en aérant l appartement. Super emplacement au cœur de la ville, sur une place magnifique avec rues piétonnes et commerces à proximité, Saint goustan est à un petit quart d’heure à pied avec tout son charme et ses restaurants. Bref, bel appartement bien situé bien équipé, juste la douche mériterait d’être amélioré pour être topissime."

Schönes Appartment in der Altstadt von Auray

Das Appartment liegt mitten in der Altstadt, ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet alles was man so brauchen kann. Insbesondere, wenn man auch mal kochen möchte. Der Parkplatz auf dem Hof ist sehr praktisch und gleich gegenüber sind eine Bar und ein Restaurant. Passte alles!

Il y a une bonne literie en 180. Je le conseille.

Le Coeur d'Auray c est un beau logement bien agencé, sauf la salle de bain qui dénote avec l hygiène qui n y était pas,siphon de douche pas nettoyé depuis plusieurs passages,dégoûtant, déçus car cela ne va pas avec le reste de l appartement qui est beau ,mais l hygiène c est la base ,surtout lorsque vous prenez 65 euros de ménage !de plus pendant les 2 premiers jours nous n avions pas d eau chaude,très ennuyeux,il a fallu que nous trouvions nous même le chauffe eau,monter sur un marché pied,ce qui n est pas conforme,et allumer le chauffe eau...dommage que nous ayons attendu 1h2 heure pour le départ, la personne qui n est pas venue pour rendre les clés à notre départ .mais nous remercions la personne qui nous a accueilli,très sympathique.

Top Lage und sehr schöne Wohnung

Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr ruhig, trotz Lage an einem der schönsten Plätze in Auray mit zwei netten Lokalen. Parkplatz für das Auto im Hof war auch sehr praktisch. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen.

Top Wohnung, erstklassig eingerichtet und ausgestattet

Eine unserer best eingerichtetsten Ferienwohnungen, die wir hatten. Alles ist neu und schick eingerichtet und die Küche ist überkomplett ausgestattet. Hier lässt es sich sehr gut wohnen, kochen, genießen. Es ist ein kleiner Spaziergang und man sitzt im Hafen bei einem Glas Wein in der Abendsonne!

Le Coeur d'Auray "🙂 L'emplacement et le charme de l'appartement. 🙁 L'attitude de la personne qui m'a accueillie, elle a paniqué quand j'ai eu un problème avec la clé de l'entrée par rapport à l'heure tardive pour appeler un serrurier. Elle n'a pas essayé de régler le problème j'ai dû le faire moi-même. Les travaux bruyants de ravalement, dans la cour où donnent toutes les fenêtres de l'appartement, dès 9h du matin. Le parking privé inaccessible en raison des travaux. Ces nuisances étaient connues de la personne qui accueille mais n'ont pas été signalées. Elles auraient dû entraîner une baisse de prix en rapport avec le préjudice subi."
