The Cocoonr Agency offers this beautiful family home located in Crach, in a green setting. Spacious and comfortable, it has a surface area of 120 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
Perfectly equipped for a stay with family or friends, it has a beautiful living room, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large 500 m² garden with a terrace, and high-speed internet access via fiber optics.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor
- A bright 36 m² living room with television
Television is only available for access to streaming platforms (Netflix, YouTube, etc.) via your own personal accounts. We do not provide a connection to these services.- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen: kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite bathroom
- A separate toilet

Upstairs
- A bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) that can be joined to form a king-size bed
- Two bedrooms with 2 single beds each (90x200) that can be joined to form a double bed
- A bathroom with bathtub
- A separate toilet

Outside
- A large enclosed garden of 500 m²
- A terrace with outdoor furniture, ideal for meals or relaxing

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board.

The house is ideally located in Crach, in Morbihan, close to all essential shops (bakery, supermarket, restaurants, market, etc.). It is an ideal starting point for exploring the Gulf of Morbihan, La Trinité-sur-Mer, or Carnac.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
