5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home on a large private lot in the heart of Evans, GA. Ample parking and privacy with wooded surroundings. Close to restaurants and shopping with convenient access to the national. The home has an open floor plan with living, kitchen, formal dining all open and accessible. Large deck with a HOT TUB, landscape lighting, grill/patio/lounging areas. Master Bedroom with King bed, Flat screened TV player and attached bath with large tiled walk in shower and soaking tub. Bedrooms 2 and 3 with Double beds. Bedroom 4 with single bed. Jack and Jill bath and hall bath. Living room with large sectional and large Flat screen TV with Wi-fi.
