This memorable house is the perfect home base for your trip to Evans. With 5 bedrooms including 2 queen beds, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, and 1 full bed, this adorable property offers plenty of space for guests to unwind. Relax while watching TV on a large screen or a projector or head outback to sit next to the firepit. Prefer to work out? You won't be disappointed with the in-home gym which includes a bowflex spin bike, a full smith machine with 300lbs of free weights, and other work out equipment. The 4.5 bathrooms come equipped with amenities like a hairdryer, bidet, shower, and bathtub. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Evans and our house has to offer. Each room has it's own sink and mirror. Three rooms have a private full bathroom while the other two share the shower/tub and toilet. Neighborhood pool is right around the corner, about a 1 minute walk from our front door.
