Loved our stay, in a warm, sunny studio room, little peeps of water & small, view to Rangitoto The bed was comfy, bathroom & amenties, we're great Very close to the shopping strip of Newmarket No elevator to the top floors Very simple room, done stylishly! No front desk, pass code sent to you on check in, to your room. Would definitely stay again!

The location with shops and restaurants were perfect and the train station a 1 min walk. The was very nice and up to a high standard. I had some friends who lived in nearby condos to check it out because if they have family coming for visit, it was a great place to put them up or if a large family, they move into this place. The constructive comment, it rain hard the other night and as you walk from the car park and enter on the left side, the rain gutters in the left-side on the smaller building needs to be checked out because it was full running over the top. This would be an easy fix and not a major issue. I have no problems recommending this place.
