The biggest issue is the parking. Despite charging for parking, they don’t actually have any. You have to park at a nearby parking structure in a completely separate building and then walk back to the hotel. If you have heavy luggage, it’s a big problem. When we brought this up at the reception, the guy told us we were “just having a bad day,” which felt very unprofessional.
The second major issue is that they only give you one room key. Because of the parking situation, my boyfriend unloaded all the luggage and I took it upstairs. While he went to park and walked back, he found out that the main door to the hotel locks automatically and you can’t get in without the key. Obviously, I had it with me to open the room. You also need the key to use the elevator. In the morning, if one person goes to breakfast, the other can’t go anywhere in the elevator without the key. Very inconvenient.
The room itself is also small—you can’t even open a suitcase properly without blocking the walkway to the bathroom.
The only good thing was the breakfast, which was very nice but not included.
