What a waste of my money. it was torture for me during the days of my stay there, This property has all kinds of problems too many to name in this limited space, I will name few, I reserved and pay for a king size and I got a queen that slides all over the room, no lamps, mirrors, no AC/Heat, all kinds of issues with hot/cold water, floors are extremely cold they fees like ice, the kitchen has two cups and couple spoons you have buy your own, access to the property is very difficult because is only unlock during the day and even so the access gate to the elevator has to be close at all times, upon arrival there was nobody there to even open the gate even though I had notify them that I was coming, they are totally unable to process any time of payment through my credit card their answer is that the company bank account is froze. I have stay in many hotls across the US and Mexico and this is the first hotel that doesn't provide you an iron and board, no carpets of any type on the cold floors, I was provide with a room with a metal roof which made even more cold and the design of the building is faulty on the way that creates a noise that sounds like a speedway sound. They don't do much to accommodate you or the have an excuse for everything but they price the charge is comparable or higher that most hotels, I don't recommend it, it will be a waste of your money.
