The facility was very clean and the staff were very kind and hospitable. We liked that there was free parking in the facility. It was a little far from the centro but overall a great stay!

Great value

Great value, very nice and helpful staff, easy location to get to major town centro (with a car). Nice big free parking area. Cold in room at night, particularly bathroom due to not fully sealed doors/windows, which seems to be most lodging in this area. Hot water worked well. Would stay again!

Great location, wonderful staff, tranquil stay!

We had a wonderful time in the cabin. The fireplace and jacuzzi were both excellent! The location is nice - a short (20 mins) walk to the historic centre, but far enough that there's no noise from the bars. There's not many food options immediately near the hotel, but there's a great taco restaurant (Tacos del duende) and a new pizza spot Pizzeria Cosmos) a 5 mins walk away. Also Restaurante El Nuevo Amanecer for breakfast is fantastic! The hotel helped with everything (from taxis, to recommendations) and was very helpful and supportive during our stay :) Would definitely stay here again!

This place was incredible, the view, the building, and the location. The staff was attentive and helpful. It's not in the downtown so you don't have to fight traffic or night noise.
