Amazing location

Perfect location right next to the beach, house is clean and has all the amenities you need for a beach vacation. Communication with the hosts was very quick and easy.

This is our second time at this home…location is unbeatable and house was amazing. The house is beautiful and well stocked with essentials. Beds are very comfortable which is a big plus!!! We had a great week and hope we can get back there next year! Matt our host was great too!

Family Friendly

Great location close to the beach! The house had many different gathering spaces both inside and out that were perfect for games, eating, reading, talking…. Loved the decks too!

We enjoyed staying at this beach house! We were so close to the beach which was very convenient with 3 little kids especially if we forgot something or needed to use the bathroom etc. We could easily walk back and forth to the beach from the house. Also I loved that we could hear the ocean from the front porch at night! Very walkable to restaurants, cafes and shark playground. Host was very friendly and communicative. House was cozy and plenty big for our family and had everything we needed!

Brigantine Gem

Truly wonderful spot and fabulous home. Very roomy with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful outdoor space with decks on both levels. Beach is just across the street!! We would love to come back.

Family vacation

Our family vacation was 8/3 to 8/10 and we had an awesome stay. The house was the perfect size for 11 adults and 4 kiddos under the age of 5. Beach walk is so close and convenient. House is very quiet for sleeping with a lot of people. It was very clean upon arrival. We love to stay in Brigantine!! Hopefully, we’ll be back for another stay next year.

Brigantine house

The house was great overall, the town is small and fun, and the beach was beautiful. Only minor criticism was the kitchen could be more functional (not as well appointed as some VRBO rentals we’ve had). But overall, loved the property, location, etc. neighborhood was super peaceful and family friendly. Also, mere steps from the beach

Great time in Brigintine

House was great! Plenty of room and loved the huge kitchen. Unfortunately, there is only one bathroom upstairs (shower needs work) and it’s in the master suite, therefore, people staying in the other bedroom upstairs would have to walk through. It’s not feasible to expect people in the middle of the night to go down the narrow spiral staircase to use one of the bathrooms downstairs.

Our family summer get away.

Great location with an easy walk to the beach. Beach location was spacious, with multiple lifeguards on duty at all times. The house itself was nicely updated with lots of seating both inside and out. Both decks were fantastic, and made for good areas of conversation with family and friends. We had 12 guests total, and the house easily accomdated all of us. Beds were comfortable, but linens were not included. There is a local company that can be hired to provide them however. It would be nice to have additional beach tags for larger parties, such as ours. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay at the house, and I would highly recommend this property for your next vacation.

Relaxing family fun

A few friends and our families stayed here for a weekend this Fall. The house is great with lots of relaxing porch space! It is one block from the beach on a quiet street. We had a lovely weekend!

Great Shore rental, Great location

The house was very clean, location was excellent right across from the beach. Everything you would need to have an awesome beach vacation.

Family week at the shore

We had an amazing time. The location was wonderful. The house was spacious. The multiple decks were perfect. The house was in great condition and exactly as described. The second floor was a little tricky to access at times (spiral staircase or exterior stairs through a bedroom). But it was nothing to fret over.
