Bartram Beach Homes presents "Marvelous Margate," a custom family beachside abode perfect for year-round family or group travel.

Centrally located near Granville Beach’s lifeguard house and bathrooms, the home features a game room with ping pong, beach gear and a kayak to live your best beach life! The open floor plan includes multiple seating areas for relaxation or work-from-home. Just steps from shops, dining, bayside docks, and the beach, it’s ideal for outdoor fun!



The Space:

You will be renting a centrally located private beachside home. “Marvelous Margate,” family beachside adobe, is about halfway between the bayside amenities and Granville Beach for easy access to all that Margate has to offer! The design of the home is high end modern. Enjoy the salt air with a glass of wine or a coffee on one of the multiple outdoor seating areas.

Master bedroom with a king bed has direct access to a master bath suite. The second king master on level 3 contains two bonus twin trundle beds, ensuring comfort for additional guests and children.

**Sleep 4 to 14.

**Central Air and Heat.

**Linens and towels included.

**Smart TV in every bedroom, den and living room.

**Two bay garage with off-street parking for up to four vehicles.

**Free Margate beach passes (eight total) and beach gear.

**BBQ grill with outdoor seating.

**Board games available.

**Kayak available with signed waiver.

**Full kitchen with dishwasher, duo drip/k-cup coffee machine.

**TP and paper towels to get you started.



Guest Access:

Game room with ping pong and corn hole on ground level. Level one washer/ dryer. Beach gear with chairs, wagon, cooler, boogie board and kayak that can be launched at the beach.



The Neighborhood:

Granville Beach is a great place to relax and go for long walks on the beach. Starbucks, restaurants and shops are around the corner. Play a spirited game of Congo Falls mini golf. Go visit Lucy the Elephant. Head to the docks for some fine dining on the bay while you watch the boats come and go. Put your feet in the sand and then head home for some home made BBQ.



Getting Around:

You can easily walk and drive to destinations and restaurants.



Other Things to Note:

Bartram Beach Homes is committed to the safety and security of all involved during a booking and we ensure our owner’s homes are also protected. Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through our third-party provider, Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up to date with rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification.



We will also be emailing you the short-term rental agreement to sign via PandaDoc. To do this, we will ask for your email address outside of the Airbnb platform so we can send the agreement directly to you. Please sign it prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.



Additionally, to ensure a smooth and secure booking process, the person making the reservation must be the same as the cardholder whose payment method will be used to confirm the booking.



Pets welcome for an extra fee.
