Welcome to your perfect beach escape in Ocean City's Southend! This bright, spacious, clean, and comfortable second floor 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers the ultimate coastal experience, just two short blocks (5 houses), a five-minute walk from the beach. Enjoy ocean breezes, open living spaces, and three incredible decks, including a shared rooftop deck with stunning outdoor views and amazing sunsets. Playground, hockey rink, and basketball court are directly behind the house. You can watch your children play from the back deck.
This beautiful, updated interior features one king bed and two queen beds, perfect for families or groups. Primary en suite bedroom with a full bath and features a lovely deck. Rinse the sand off in the private outdoor shower. A cool breeze flows through the home, making it a soothing retreat. Whether relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this house offers a welcoming space to unwind. Open concept, fully stocked kitchen (coffee maker, Kurig, air fryer, crock pot, blender, and Instapot), a bed rail and pack and play. One car garage, one parking spot plus street parking. Washer/dryer, pack and play, games, books and six beach tags provided. Keyless entry. There are two high Adirondack chairs, four low Adirondack chairs and a love seat with tables.
We hope you enjoy all that our home and Ocean City offer, featuring:
eight miles of beaches, two and a half miles of boardwalk, jitney services, amusements, shopping, restaurants, family entertainment, water sports, and more.
Sheets, beach and bath towels can be supplied for an additional fee of $100.

The person who signs the lease must be present for the entire stay.

DO NOT place sandy towels or swimsuits in the washer, they will ruin the washer. Shake outside 1st. Rinse ALL sand off in the outside shower.
