Sunny and Comfy Apartment in Kolonaki

This cosy apartment of one bedroom, one bathroom in Kleomenous Str, a quiet Athenian neighbourhood in Kolonaki, recently renovated with the highest standards, lots of love and style that will make you feel like at home.

The home’s inviting interior is full of soothing colours, from the calm white colours in the kitchen, hallway and bedroom to the warm earth tones of the living room. Particularly bright and spacious, the sitting room provides plenty of cosy seating to sink into after a day exploring the city, while also doubling up as a cosy dining area.

From the hallway, heading towards the rear back of the apartment you’ll find the bathroom to your left with its large walk-in shower. The master bedroom is right at the end of the hallway, boasting a super king-sized bed. Heading back to the front of the apartment there lies the kitchen - a lovely, well-equipped space and a dining table overlooking the retro feel of the kitchen tiles. During the day, the sun rays, are spread around its spacious balcony.

You will be staying in a home that is fully equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi internet, a TV set, a washer, iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, bathroom amenities and linen.

This modern and spacious house is very well-located, close to the most popular archaeological sites and museums, with easy access to the best dining and clubbing places in the heart of Athens.

Great apartment in great location

Loved the location of this apartment just a short walk downhill to the metro station (but uphill on the way home!) that made getting around to everything we wanted to visit in the city very easy. (p.s. - the 5 day unlimited metro pass we purchased was well worth it, too) Bed was comfortable, place was clean & kitchen had everything we needed and host was helpful & responsive. hair dryer, towels, Nespresso maker. We were also able to purchase a bag of ice at the OK market close to the house since the available ice tray was very small
