房屋應該是新裝修，兩房一廳，兩個陽台，房間非常乾淨整潔，硬件軟裝都很有講究，房東人也很nice, 雖然只有電話聯繫，但都能得到很好的回复。由機場搭地鐵M3線半小時在Megaro Moussikis站下，需步行15分鐘才到。雅典好像所有停車都是在馬路邊，先到先得。附近環境安靜安全，餐廳也不遠。樓下有一家算大的超市，但周日雅典所有超市都不營業
