Well-appointed, second floor (19 steps), contemporary suite located in fun, eclectic Normaltown, two blocks from dining, entertainment, UGA Health Science campus and Piedmont College, five blocks to brewery and Piedmont hospital, short Uber ride/30-min walk to downtown Athens. This brand new space includes a private bath/kitchen, Roku TV, complimentary WIFI, fiber internet, one parking spot and private guest courtyard with outdoor seating areas and fire table. Gracious onsite hosts in separate quarters. Our space is designed for guest comfort. Your off-street parking space (one space) leads to a garden entrance that welcomes a water fountain and seasonal flowers. Inner courtyard offers bistro seating for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The second-floor suite includes all home comforts including kitchenette (no stove) w/tea and coffee, a king-sized bed, clean bathroom with walk-in, tiled shower, plenty of towels and personal amenities. Relax inside in the living room area w/sofa and television. Open the glass garage door to access the large screened-in deck. Swivel the living room tv for deck viewing. Private guest courtyard and shared front/backyard, but we do our best to respect your privacy while you are our guests. As you hosts, we respectfully ask that you abide by our four property rules: Respect the check-in and check out times, no smoking on property, no pets, and no more than two overnight guests. While we are onsite in the front house "owner residence", your privacy is important to us. As our guests, we respect this as your space while you stay with us, but we are available if you need anything and can be reached via cell phone. While we maintain two rental units on the property, we will never rent out both at the same time; the second remains vacant unless your party would like to rent both, providing more space and greater occupancy. As this unit is only accessible via stairs (19 stairs), should you need ground-level accommodations, please ask us about Suite B. Access to the apartment is via keypad deadbolt; we will supply an access code prior to your arrival. No key pickup/drop-off is required.

The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with Netflix. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and an ironing board.
