Kallimarmaro Residence is a complex of two separate buildings: the main modern house (2001), and a strictly renovated small neoclassical building (1960) used by the designer- owner as his workshop, now the 4th room-studio. Between them on ground level, interconnected with the pool with large folding glass panel doors, lies a lush patio planted with 5 huge fruit trees ( orange, lemon, pomegranate, fig tree, grapevine) + a real basketball hoop basket!
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace. Housekeeping is available on request.
