The hotel seemed modern but there were housekeeping issues and staff could hace been better when we got to our room, there were obvious stai s on the ved covering. When we asked the front desk to fix tbis, they didnt apologize but had us leave our roo key so it could be changed. When we returned 4 hours later, they handed me another cover and i had to go and handle tbe dirty one. I am not sire why they even had me leave my key?! In addition, there was a dirty drinking glass left on the table and we were nissing a clean o e in our pair the ashtray was also full a d we do not smoke so i fou d that to be gross. In the shower, i fou d a used shampoo bottle. There was an overall lack of attentiin to houskeeping here. There were also some condition issues in the room with paint peeling on a window sill. The roo had a kitchenette witg a stovetop, but absolutely no utensils or pots, dishes, cutlery, etc so that would be co pletely useless if you had planned to use that amenity. We paid extra for the panoramic view room and you should be aware that you cant actually see the ocean. There is q city view but its just buildings. We checked in on a sunday afternoon and almost nothing around the hotel was open so we did have to take the metro to access dining and shopping options. Wheb we checked in staff gave every other couple free bottled water. When i went back down to get ours, they insisted i had to pay for it. Overall, i would recommend that you skip this hotel. Poor experience.
