Would not recommend they didn’t charge us the right amount for environmental charge so we had to walk all the way back to the front desk which is not where the room is at all and the shower was not clean there was a clob of black hair on all the walls of the shower. Also bed is not comfortable

In Center of the city in a good place to tourist walk This people's try to make a remodeled place, but it had many problems, Don't have daily care, do not clean or make-up the room, don't have extra towels.. when pass more than 3 to 4 days is difficult to be there Most dangerous think is the elevator, without internal Safety door, in most country s it will be closed by authorities and forbidden to use a elevator that can kill somebody

Great customer service shame about apartment

Great customer service. Clean apartment but basic. Air conditioning didn't work was red hot all night couldn't sleep. Bed was uncomfortable hard. Towels smelt funny. Toilet smelt sewage. Apartment complex looked ruff, noisy and a tad scary at times. Wouldn't recommend this apartment but maybe other aparements are nice

Côté positif de cet établissement : la localisation. En plein centre ville, c’est possible de visiter les monuments historiques ainsi que les rue d’Athènes à pied. Mais c’est bien le seul point positif. Points négatifs : - Parking : il est dit qu’un parking gratuit sur place est disponible, ce qui est faux. Un parking payant (10€/journée) est disponible à 300 mètres du logement. - Propreté : 0/10. Nous avons trouvé des cafards morts, l’éponge de cuisine avait déjà été utilisée par d’autres personnes (hygiène = 0, alors que c’est dit que des mesures renforcées d’hygiène sont prises). - Confort : le bâtiment est très ancien, sale et bruyant. L’appartement dispose d’une petite kitchenette avec microondes, petite plaque de cuisson, évier et bouilloire. Nous avons dû laver toute la vaisselle avant de l’utiliser tellement elle collait avec toute la saleté cumulée. Les verres avaient de la poussière. Le sol était très sale. - Communication : demande beaucoup de formation. Sur la réservation il était indiqué qu’un petit déjeuner pouvait être demandé en supplément et la même information était inscrite dans un dossier laissé dans l’appartement. Quand nous avons essayé de commander le petit-déjeuner, on nous a dit de revenir le lendemain matin pour faire la commande. Dès notre réveil, nous avons essayé de passer la commande et on nous a dit qu’aucun petit-déjeuner n’était disponible et que si on voulait manger on n’avait qu’à se déplacer pour trouver un endroit où manger. À fuir !

Very nice stay in Athens

The apartment is nice, simple, clean and perfectly located. Public transport 9 euro for 5 days. Close to metro stations and the Agoras and the Acropolis. Very nice area, busy and authentic. See the market and shops and restaurants from the apartment in opposite direction of Acropolis. The men from the hotel are always very helpful when needed. Thank you Stavros and colleagues.
