I have been staying here off and on for last 12 months. My husband found a cockroach in hid coffee mug this morning which came out of the coffee maker. We are done. Never coming back.

Breakfast was reasonable, staff is friendly, room was quiet. We have 4 people in one room, but somehow the hotel has a rule that the maximum number of towels they can leave in the room is 3 sets, so we have to ask for additional towels each time after they clean up the bathroom. Also, the toilet was clogged for some reason, we didn't do anything wrong, but we were asked to unclog it ourselves which is strange.

Staff fine Hot tub nice. Pool got crowded with swim lessons at 4:30. our room has no microwave, although the advertised picture does. . Parking lot does seem crowded like others have said. so convenient to the Asheville airport and to the rental car center for the price of a Rent-A-Car, you could stay overnight and get your car the next morning instead or return it early stay overnight and pay one less day on a car rental if you’re flying out on an early flight
