"Room was basic. No one told us you needed to request room service, so we didn’t get any. The top request signs in the room are tacky if you don’t even provide regular room service. We needed to go to the front desk to ask for clean towels, both for our room and using the pool. The breakfast was barely edible, sour milk, grainy burned eggs, lukewarm gravy. The beds were ok, the bathroom seemed pretty clean and it was close to our desired location. "

"The bathroom is too tiny, the cleaner opened the door without knocking while we’re getting our stuff to the car. We had to make 4 trips because there’s no carts to carry our stuff and no lift while we’re on the 2nd floor. I was in the room waiting for my husband to finish carrying out stuff to the car. It took 3-4 trips. By our last one, I came out of the room and there were about 4 people in the hallway nearby just staring & waiting for us to be out of the room. I think it’s very rude and I felt intimidated. We checked out before 11 am!"
