Spacious beautifully appointed 5 bedroom summer rental in Northwest Asbury can sleep 11. Open and airy with plenty of room for entertaining inside and out. Large living room with gas fireplace. Huge gourmet kitchen with quartz counters and 5 burner gas range. Private fenced backyard with roomy deck, grill and hot tub (May thru Sept). Deep shady front porch with lots of space to enjoy cool breezes. 15 min walk to the beach.

First floor; 2 outdoor patios, kitchen, large living room, dinning room, half bathroom. Second floor; 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 master bedroom with king bed, 1 bedroom with twin/full bunk beds, 2 full bathrooms and washer and dryer. Third floor; large bedroom with king size bed plus full bath. Property has smart doorbell camera at front door and backyard camera that covers backyard, patio and hot tub, for security only.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Good but read the listing carefully

Clean, very nice house Large enough for 3 couples to have separate space and enjoy time together. Really enjoyed the porch and proximity to the beach. We enjoyed our time, but read the listing carefully. Part of why we booked the property was for the hot tub (listed in amenities) but the hot tub is closed from October-May. Definitely recommend light sleepers/kids taking the 3rd floor bedroom as noise travels easily upstairs from kitchen and one of the couples ended up sleeping at a hotel to get some uninterrupted.

Thanksgiving in Asbury Park

This was just the perfect place for our family holiday gathering. The house is clean, spacious and well appointed. The neighborhood is absolutely charming and the house is an easy walk to town and all of Asbury's attractions. We plan on returning to this rental.

Great house to rent

The house is on a very nice street. It was working walking distance to the Sea Hear Now festival. The kitchen was very updated. The rooms were spacious and there is a good amount of bedrooms. The hot tub was wonderful! It is a great asset to the house. The owner was very personable. He let us check in early. If I would come back to Asbury I would rent this house again. My friends that stayed with me also would rent this house again.

Amazing porches

Awesome home for a group of 8-10! We rented the property to attend a family wedding and when we weren’t at wedding functions, we thoroughly enjoyed quality family time relaxing on the beautiful front porch and back deck! I would definitely stay here again if I needed a rental for this size group!
