"Massive dog waste left in hallways on the 7th floor. I informed front desk & they informed me that they were already aware of it. An hour later I was in the hallway, & they just covered the dog waste with paper. I passed by again & now the area had a towel over it. Don’t understand why they just didn’t clean the area."

"We greatly enjoyed our six nights at this hotel. The room was clean (a little smaller than anticipated with hardly any space to store clothing) but this is more than made up by the excellent breakfast and the superb onsen (Japanese spa) and other thoughtful amenities…We slept really well in the futon bed and appreciated the no shoe policy throughout the hotel…the location is wonderful in terms of near by food choices and some attractions, but once you step out of the quiet area if the hotel, it is quite busy tourist wise…all in all, excellent, especialy if having an in house onsen is a priority which influenced our choice! In that regard, it did not disappoint!"
