Personne ne répond au téléphone ni aux messages (email ou système internet propriétaire). Impossible d'obtenir la moindre réponse. En revanche, on est inondé d'emails automatiques. En raison des conditions meteo j'ai dû annuler ma venue, ce qui m'a permis de constater que la garantie vendue est une escroquerie de plus (impossible de la renseigner si on n'est pas sur un cas prévu à l'avance. Entre l'hotel fantôme et l'escroquerie de la garantie d'annulation, je ne passerai plus par votre site pour réserver un hotel.
