Beautiful vacation home with private pool in Aragona, 17 km from Agrigento. At guests' disposal outdoor pool, sun terrace and barbecue area. The house is spacious, with open kitchen and bedrooms each with whirlpool bath or shower. The area around Aragona is suitable for cycling and hiking. Natural attractions in the area include the Platani River (4 km), Mount Guastanella (7 km) and Mount Cammarata (35 km). The locality of Aragona is also known for the Macalube Nature Reserve, a vast area of clay soils characterized by eruptive phenomena that give the area the typical appearance of a lunar landscape. Big white house on the hill

Beautiful property but many millipedes everywhere, water off several times, dogs barking every night, nosy owner who came by daily and we had to pay for electricity used for time there. We have rented many times from HomeAway but never was charged for electricity. We did get deposit refunded the day we left minus charge for electricity. Besides the above we did enjoy our stay there.
