Gated Farm House Getaway Near Lake Blackshear! Peaceful and Newly renovated

The tranquil orchard and amazing sunsets are just two of our favorite parts of the farmhouse. The property is on 9 acres of peace and privacy that can easily accommodate family vacations or friends wanting to get out of town. It is conveniently located only 10 minutes from I-75 and access to anything you need from towns within 20 minutes. Our proximity to the lake while having so much privacy makes for the perfect getaway.
After a wonderful night’s sleep on our new beds, you can enjoy your coffee in the sun room or in a rocking chair on the expansive porch. There is plenty of room on the property for a picnic or a game of kickball.
Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a kitchen, a washing machine, and 4 bathrooms.

The house is historic bldg, please do not flush excess amounts of toilet paper in the toilets. Do not flush feminine products, wipes or table scraps.
Turn AC to 78 degrees as you leave and 65 degrees in the winter. Do not park on the grass. There is a sprinkler system installed . No Smoking
