Good views from top floor just above the gas station roof which is between the apartments and the beach. This property could be quite good just need some tlc. Good: location, parking, balcony, large table on balcony, good size table in main room, top floor does have view of the ocean Needs work: the apartment and linen didn’t smell fresh - not awful, just not fresh. Easy things to fix - yet weren’t: Mis-matched lightbulbs, bird droppings at entry not cleaned after several days Fridge not aligned and not closing Carpet in entry fraying and old, light bulb missing at stairs on entry, rusted room safe, dust above dryer. Lots of little things that could be easily fixed A thorough deep clean would help immensely. This property is not far from being very good.

I had an enjoyable and very comfortable stay here with my daughter in July 2024. 2 bedroom apartment very spacious with a quality feel. The apartment was well cleaned (e.g. behind doors, in corners), presentable and comfortable. Appliances and furniture were good. The furniture was solid, good, and comfortable. The site is convenient to shops and beach. An easy review and recommendation.
