Sunny winter break

We booked a deluxe apartment, not sure what the difference is. The apartment was roomy, adequate kitchen for breakfasts and lunches no oven although microwave was a combi oven/microwave. Beds were comfy. Terrace/balcony was large with sunbeds, luckily we were in the sun most of the day. Bathroom had walkin shower with plenty of hot water although it did need some maintenance (grouting and sealant need replacing, mould on bottom of shower screen) Friendly helpful staff on reception. We didnt sit around pool so can't comment on that.

Stayed here the first time we visited the island when our twins were two they’ll be 33 this yr and we’ve been commin to the island ever since The complex bar used to be open all the time serving snacks but it’s now only open a few hrs and the barman seems miserable

Great position close to all amenities. Looks like it has been recently refurbished as it was spotless. Nice pool area with snack bar available. Room was spacious and great shower. Only a ceiling fan in the bedroom so might get very hot in the summer. Adequate kitchen and utensils.

Nice apartments. Basic but clean and everything you need is in the apartments. Pool area lovely clean and nice gardens. This is out second stay at Villa Florida. We shall return!.

One thing wrong

When I asked if the bar was open, I was told is not owned or staffed by the apartment and was not within their control. It was closed without notice on two full additional days, however, when the bar was available it was clean, tidy with no problems. Nice heated pool with life guard present. Would go again.

Villa florida apts are perfectly located in caleta de fusta- within walking distance to everything. Very clean and only 10 mins in taxi from the airport(€13). I would definitely recommend these apts and would certainly stay here again. Market is on Tuesday & Saturday, again 5mins walk away.Super holiday!

Excellent apartments and customer service in a great location very close to the beach. Only downsides are the free wifi, which only worked half of the time at best and only in particular parts of the poolside (not even in reception), and the issue of the sunbeds - the rules stated in multiple places that reserving of the sunbeds was not allowed, but if you weren't down at the poolside before 10am, you would not find a bed that was not already reserved by other visitors. Enforcing of the "no reserving sunbeds" rule would go a long way to making sure sunbeds don't go "unused" for the majority of the day, which happened every day of our stay.

ideal location

Had a throughly enjoyable holiday in Villa Florida apts. Nice quite set-up within the complex, but plenty of restaurants, bar, and shopping centres on your door step. There was always a plentiful supply of sun beds throughout the day, so I never felt I had to rush out early to get them. Total heaven, maybe it was because we visited end of Oct/Nov, but will look forewarding to staying here again and recommending to others.

Great Vakuen for Money. Amazone Service!

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 10 days. The Location is excellent. 5 min Walk to the Beach, 2 Min Walk to the Shops and right next door to a reputable bike hire Company who we used to Travel round the Island. The Service is out of this World. Room cleaned every day, a Card and a Bottle of Champagne on my Birthday. Reales outstanding! Dont Hesitate, this is the Place to stay.
