Overall a nice place to stay, the gym and Aircon in the rooms could have just done with abit of tlc and updating to get them working as they should 🙂

Hotel was spotlessly clean. Ideal location for resort amenities, beach and attractions. Staff were helpful and friendly, especially reception staff. Rooms were cleaned daily.

Disappointed by the all inclusive eating as you are charged to exchange pool towels, rent tv control and room safe. Not all bars are all inclusive, no tea/coffee or bottle water in room.

4th stay at this hotel, recent renovations have brought the hotel up to standard but let down by the variable quality of food. Breakfast was fine but dinner was hit & miss. Roasts, fish & rabbit ok but chicken rubbery & goat stew tough. Stayed half board so lunch not experienced.

The hotel and its facilities are very good, I’ll go through things one at a time.. Food: the food on the whole was above average, lots of choice, tasty and well prepared, maybe a little cold at times. Entertainment: the evening entertainment was very good, as a frequent visitor to the island, there are worse in better hotels. Pool: The pool and gardens are lovely, it is pot luck getting a sun bed, but there is generally one available, (we did stay high season) Rooms: we had a very nice room, overlooking the street rather than pool, meaning more sun, so perfect for us.

Nice hotel close to amenities and beach

Lovely hotel, very clean and friendly staff. Marco, Diego, Mena & Roseanna the entertainment were brilliant. Everyday they would make sure everyone was having a good time and getting everyone involved in all activities, they worked so hard and put on great entertainment at night too. We had a great stay and would definitely go back. Only thing with the food is sometimes the hot food wasn’t too warm. Although we were all inclusive we ate out a few times just for a change of scenery. Great bars and restaurants around the hotel.

We had a lovely stay

First 'all inclusive' Hotel. Spur of the moment booking. A cool drink at reception on arrival is a very nice welcome. All the staff throughout are very hard working and always ready with a smile and a buenos dias. Reception is very helpful and got any problems we had resolved very quickly. We had a pool view with the morning sun on our balcony. The food choice was very good. Again the staff all very nice and friendly. Plenty of activities to do daily as well as a gym. All in all a great stay

Bacon to die for.

Had an extremely pleasant stay, cannot say a bad word about the hotel/staff or location. Less than 5 minutes from the town centre and all the alternative entertainment. The hotel pool was a tad on the small side and the sun bed scramble became a bit of a farce (like everywhere else in the world), but all in all a very nice place, slightly more than 3* in my opinion. The food choice at the evening meal became a bit mundane, and the dinner time “snack” became more relevant as the holiday progressed, however, the breakfast, and BACON in particular was nothing short of spectacular. None of your stringy, fat, streaky stuff...thick, succulent, fried while you wait stuff, very, very tasty ❤️ We were allowed to stay in the hotel for an extra 4 nights due to the adverse weather conditions back in the UK and were made extremely welcome and comfortable mainly due to Alessandra Mele, the hotel receptionist, who did everything possible to make our extended stay more memorable. I would recommend to anyone...excellent for young and old alike.

It’s a nice hotel with friendly staff.

Nice clean room. Ours was fairly spacious. Staff are very friendly. Didn’t use all facilites but everyone seemed happy enough. The food was good. Could have been a bit warmer but there’s a microwave if you want it hotter. I wasn’t too keen on the waterproof covered mattresses.

Have to be really cheap to get us back

No hot water for 2 nights of our 4 night stay. The basic problem with this hotel is that it’s overcrowded. No room at the pool; can’t get a table at dinner, queues for the food. Occasionally waiting too long for the grumpy bar man -all the rest of the staff were nice.Room maid service was very good.

A good holiday

Overall the hotel is very good ...lovely staff good food .... the rooms are a good size and lovely and clean a tip would be to have a room at the front of the hotel as it gets the sun most of the day ... would certainly return.

Friendly staff and clean hotel. Food pretty good. The room was dated, two single beds pushed together were the most uncomfortable beds I’ve slept in. The hot water took at least 30 mins to get warm. Everything was pretty good really. But sadly the rooms need a makeover and new beds.
