Everyone at the reception was nice, the hotel is okay if you are not paying much, the showers have bacteria and I had to shower with slippers because I was disgusted , parking was good, hotel location is not too bad although it looks bad. Breakfast was okay, not great, most things at breakfast were needless. Overall, the stay was okay and walkable.

I have had the best stay at Bonnie City Hotel. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices to pick from. The location is very central and within walking distance of the old town, yet it is in a very quiet and safe area. The staff were inclusive, professional, friendly, kind, and polite. I would especially like to give a lot of credit to the two waitresses working in the restaurant, they are very hardworking and doing a great job

Great location. The hotel itself is quite nice and the room is very spacious. Staff were generally nice and helpful, but service was very slow. Our curtain was broken in the room and we had to ask 3-4 times before someone came in to fix it. It was resolved in the end, but definitely a bit inconvenient for us and the staff. Additionally, we requested takeaway breakfast (after the staff had mentioned this was possible) and told them that we were vegetarian. Despite this, they still put meat in the meal. Nonetheless, it was still a good stay overall!

Prefect property, it’s a short walk to the clock tower / old bazaar and surrounded by many restaurants and shopping district, the hotel was very clean and staff are friendly and on hand to assist as much as possible Want to thank the following staff who made our stay comfortable as possible : thank you Meryem for booking us awesome excursions and recommending things to do, Mervi for your assistance where needed and Ayez who worked in the restaurant

Wonderful hotel, but unusable internet. The facilities are new and well kept. The staff are extremely professional and helpful. The location is great, but surrounding area not so much. My only real complaint is the internet. It is unusable and this caused massive inconvenience for me personally. This is a great place to stay if you don't require a workable internet connection.

Overall the hotel was lovely. The staff were very friendly and polite and we felt comfortable and relaxed. The room was cozy and quiet as I wanted. I would definitely recommend this location as it’s very near to local attractions and beaches. Breakfast options were mainly local, my minus point was for not having coffee apart from the sachets which contained milk and I couldn’t have it unless paid separately. Nevertheless it was all worth it and we totally enjoyed our stay. Thank you for having us.

Great for Quick Trips!

I was visiting Antalya solo for a check up on my dental implants and needed a place to stay in the centre without breaking the bank and decided to try this hotel out. For a 3 star hotel, it's exactly what I expected. Service was brilliant, room was a decent size and bathroom was adequate. They also provided cheap airport transfer too. I visited while it was 37°C weather so the AC was working wonders however, once you remove your hotel card from the room, the power turns off probably to save electricity along with the AC. The area is also in a backstreet/alleyway but it wasn't really an issue for me. The location of the hotel is what makes it great. I was walking everywhere from the hotel with most places being within walking distance like the Old Bazaar being only a 5 min walk away. There are many local shops and cafe's close by too. The only major downside I would say is that there was no duvet, rather it was a very thin blanket. I would have preferred an actual duvet. The breakfast options weren't great also but I'm a very picky eater so that might just be me. There was a Yemen Kahvesi close by which I used to get breakfast from though. Other than that, I can't complain for a quick trip to Antalya.
