Very accommodating staff, we arrived early and we were able to obtain our room. Rooms were clean but very strange layout, quite compact. Large deck attached to the room. Breakfast was adequate. Excellent location near historic area, close to a variety of restaurants.

Wonderful 4 night stay. One bedroom, No 8, on ground floor. Very quiet. Privilodges is in Centre Ville, 10 minutes from the lake, less than that to Vieille Ville. Excellent reception (Philippe), preceded by excellent, speedy communication and replies to questions before arrival. Walking distance from train station. Friendly, helpful staff. The one bedroom had everything we needed: plenty of space to move about, cabinets and hangers, kitchen equipment. Time on terrace was pleasant. Would definitely stay here again. Enjoyed every minute. We did not need parking.

The aparthotel is in a very nice and convenient area. The room was a good size with nice amenities. The washing machine and dryer on our floor was very helpful. We had a terrific balcony. The front desk were helpful.

Even though the weather in Annecy was rainy, the friendly staff made our stay much better. They kindly let us check in early, and the parking was convenient. The room was spacious with comfortable bedding. The location also doesn’t get better than this. Do note that guests need to take out their own garbage, but overall a very pleasant stay!

Very nice 2-night stay in Annecy. Staff is courteous and professional, I was able to do laundry, although it was bit pricey to use the washer/dryer, it was very nice to wash clothes after 3 weeks of travel. Nice little in-room kitchenette.

Beautiful area, very clean and spacious apartment. Cooking facility very good for short break. Terrace was lovely to sit out in the early evening and enjoy a drink, close to the lake, shops and train/bus station.

Good location

The hotel is at a very good location, just at the edge of town center, walking distance to the attractions. The room has a small kitchen with microwave, stove and small fridge plus utensils. It has a few parking spaces in front the hotel but was not available for us. The public parking garage is not far from the hotel though.
