Stayed for one night here at the Crowne and had a great stay. The room was nice with comfy beds. The hotel was near lots of restaurants and had its own bar restaurant as well. Food was decent. Downtown Annapolis is only about 10 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again when in Annapolis.

I stayed three nights- did not request for the room to be cleaned but replenished. I was not brought clean towels, additional waters etc ( in other words not replenished) until I spoke to front desk three times and in the third night). Was disappointing as I chose that option to alleviate additional work from the staff so they would t have to change sheets etc.

Room was cold no matter the setting on thermostat. There were stains on sheets and water marks all over the bathroom. Food was delivered without major ingredients advertised on menu. When we asked the advertised items were delivered. The front desk people were not friendly or understanding. They gave me attitude that i was making their job hard. Unacceptable to act this way towards customers. Made an otherwise nice hotel unpleasant. .

Hotel is awesome but the noise is too much!

I decided to give this hotel a second chance since I love its location and everything from the hotel but the noise is insane. The first time I stayed, kids were running up and down the hallway and knocking on doors and laughing at 6am. Then room service kept on hitting the vacuum on the walls and doors early in the morning as well and we couldn't rest. I decided to give it a second chance and again there was way too much noise. I don't know if its just really bad luck but again people talking very loud, knocking on doors early morning. I like this hotel but the noise is a bit much.
