Terrible overall. Nasty Rooms. Super noisy. Even though we were there for a surgery, they put us right infront of the restaurant that plays loud music until 1am. Start barely knows English. Good luck calling multiple times to get things done

Staff barely speak any English. When we tried to call for room service, we were told to call the receptionist. And even when we put the order in it came in wrong. So i dont think even the receptionist got the order right. We used the pool and the spa facility once and there were sign of black mold everywhere! Wouldn’t recommend this hotel

Some issues with a noisy room but the hotel resolved the issue on the last night. Advise you ask for a quiet room on check-in to avoid noisy night club music. Manager addressed issue well. Room super comfortable.

2 complains about this property, water tank had an issue, and through the whole trip, brown hot water was on the pipes. As a result, I only took a shower with freezing cold water, also their swimming pool had problems and was out of water. I tried to speak to their manager, but no one has returned my calls up to today. I honestly, don’t think this place is a 5 star hotel, and 3 star with the condition of the property is a fair rating.

Good location comfortable spacious room.. but cleaning is a bit poor. They charged us 20 euros daily for our pet for deep cleaning. But they did not even hoover the carpets.. it was just regular sheet and towel changing etc. Overall comfortable stay as a family with our pet.. good service
