Honestly the people who own this accommodation were wonderful and welcoming. Really enjoyed meeting them. Also great to have kitchen equipment, a hammock and large accommodation which was close to Abrao port. There were a few bugs which they happily cleaned away, but which later returned. Wasn't an issue for me but worth watching out for. Thanks for having me and my partner.

O ar-condicionado e o chuveiro são muito bons, e o quarto estava limpo e bem cuidado. A dona da pousada é extremamente simpática e acolhedora. O único ponto menos agradável é a localização: para quem está com muita bagagem, pode ser um pouco desconfortável, já que é necessário subir uma ladeira.

Eu gostei muito do tempo que fiquei hospedada. A recepção e o convívio nas áreas afins foi ótimo. Amei o fato de ter cozinha equipada, que puder fazer o café da manhã para mim e meu namorido. O chuveiro era bom, ar e frigobar em ótimo funcionamento, cama boa tbm. Fica um pouco afastado do certo e precisa subir uma ladeira, mas a vista é linda. Eu amo Ilha Grande e volto sempre que posso

Nossa experiência na pousada infelizmente não atendeu às expectativas. Durante a estadia, percebemos o desaparecimento de algumas bebidas que estavam dentro do nosso cooler que deixamos na varanda do quarto. Comunicamos o ocorrido ao proprietário, porém não houve uma solução ou retorno satisfatório sobre o caso. O que mais nos deixou frustrados não foi apenas a situação em si, mas a falta de atenção e de providências para tentar esclarecer o ocorrido. Acreditamos que um bom atendimento envolve ouvir o hóspede e buscar resolver imprevistos de forma respeitosa e responsável. Esperamos que esse feedback contribua para melhorias no atendimento e nos cuidados com a experiência dos hóspedes.

Satisfeito com a estadia .

A princípio não havia gostado tanto por conta que o quarto que nós foi colocado não havia sinal nenhum de TV e o Wi-Fi o sinal era bem ruim , outra questão quando chegarmos era os lençóis tinham um cheiro ruim . Mas falamos com a equipe e resolveram todas as questões , trocaram os lençóis e também trocamos de quarto para um que tinha acesso a TV e o sinal do Wi-Fi era bem melhor também . O local é próximo de tudo só tem uma rampa para chegar mas é tranquilo. No final fiquei satisfeito com a estadia , mas não seria um lugar que eu recomendaria.

Muito boa opção em ilha grande. Local mais afastado porém sem furdunço. Tranquilidade e proximidade com natureza. Preço justo comparado com outras opções na ilha. Wi-Fi e TV com dificuldades porém a Semana Santa a demanda é sempre grande e com clima mais chuvoso também interfere. Proprietários prestativos e solícitos. Voltaria com certeza!

Sobre os profissionais não tivemos do que reclamar. No entanto, se trata de uma pousada localizada atrás de um cemitério, tivemos que lidar com pessoas fazendo barulho e gritando até altas horas da noite, sem intervenção da pousada. O quarto estava com um certo mau cheiro e as roupas de cama e travesseiros também.
