If you are planning to gonto Angra da Reis dont wven tey tonstay in this hotel. I got there and apparently there werw not rooms avaiakbke for a reservation done with one month of anticipation. Me and family ere movee dtona posada, lower categoey place . The hotel does jot match what they offer in internet IT A SPAM, BiG LIE idont know how expedia make bussibes with this crooks im fightin my refund for such a bad experience

Deplorable

Honestly, this place is in desperate need of refurbishment. The bathroom had a strong odor, the mattresses were clearly not properly cleaned (I even found someone else’s hair on them), and the TV didn’t work at all — no signal. The Wi-Fi was also very poor. And come on, it’s 2025 — there’s absolutely no reason to have paintings depicting enslaved people in suffering or sexualized portrayals of Indigenous women. That was extremely inappropriate. On top of that, the location is far from everything. Definitely not worth the priceltd

Hotel confortavel, quarto espaçoso e cama tb. Precisa de uma manutenção predial. Chegamos juntos com um grupo grande de americanos, e so tinha uma atendente para fazer check-in de todos, alem de estar sozinha não falava inglês, precisamos ajudar na comunicação na tentativa de andar mais rapido. Depois de uma viagem longa de estrada, ficamos muito tempo esperando para fazer o check-in devido a dificuldade no atendimento.
