This stylish and exceptionally neat and tidy townhome was fully remodeled in 2022 and beckons your family or group visit to Anchorage! Located in the peaceful yet central Roger's Park neighborhood, this home is close to the University/Medical district and within walking distance of the Lubavitch Jewish Center and excellent grocery shopping. It is very near to both major Alaska highways heading both north and south of Anchorage and only a 7-minute drive from downtown shopping and dining. The patio area features a BBQ grill and outdoor dining and the yard area is private, well-maintained, and features beautiful peonies during the summer season!
