Bad experince

Hotel location was good I give them this point, close to most attractive areas, Rude and unprofessional resptionesti booked a suite one bedroom non smoker, I got a single smoker room because the resptionest belive the amount of money I paid it so low! So it can't be for a suite even though it show on the booking papers! Next day after talking to management been changed! Breakfast was always late for the same reason! Low payment. Room cleanliness was bad, dust covering the whole place bed sheets was dusty too! Shower wasn't so clean. Howes keeping staff was polite. Third floor was in fire few days before my arrive so hotel wasn't look good from a outside and smoke small was covered the inside hotel.

they didn't even give me the room

upon arrival they said that they are doing some maintenance and refused to giveme the room and did not bother finding another room for me

A ghost hotel to forget

Totally disappointed first of all about the WRONG position on the map! At the moment of the reservation the hotel is located on the map on the city centre next to the Jordan Museum, but it is totally in another area far from the centre! That changed my plans and furthermore the staff was totally uncapable to give an help or to find a solution. They did definitely nothing, they said that there isn.t any possibility for them to contact Expedia or whoever else. Well, I worked for years as Hotel reseptionist and I have never heard such a ridicolous thing! As I went in my room, the beds and the sleeping room was ok, but the bathroom was FELTY with poo in the toilet (I wiped it immediately because it was definitely disgusting!), and many hairs in the shower!!! In the morning the breakfast was supposed to be served, included in our reservation. We went downstairs at 9:30 AM and NOTHING was there (we were probably the only guests in the hotel). Then the receptionist said to us don't worry, the chef was about to come. A lady came half an hour later with the shopping bags of the market with OUR breakfast! So we had once again to change our plans because the breakfast was not ready. The day after we left very early and we kindly asked if it was possible to have breakfast at 7:00 AM. Of course, they said. And Of course, NOTHING was there the day after, even not a coffee. Never more!

Good hotel, especially for business folks

I wanted a good, clean, moderately priced hotel for my last two nights in Jordan and President Hotel filled the bill. The desk clerk was especially helpful with all my questions and needs. There is not much to do nearby but taxis are plentiful and cheap so this does not present a problem.

外装内装共に新しいホテル

幹線道路面しているのでタクシーで探すの楽。内装新しく申し分無いが朝食がおそすぎ3泊とも食事できず。朝7時部屋運ぶと言うので待っても来ず。次の日6時過ぎで言ったが食堂誰もいず。総て良いが朝食準備不備は欠点。

Wrong location!

First of all the location in hotels.com is wrong! It took us hours to get to the real location, the good thing is that the first location we went to was a shaddy part of downtonwn Amman so I was glad it was not there! Second, the check in was not professional at all, they had no email or internet that day and I thinks they gave us a room just because we were the only guests, a friend dropped us off so they gave us a 3 bed room and when they saw it was only 2 people staying they knocked on our door telling us we had to change rooms. the room and bed in general were clean and comfortable but the bathroom was dirty, no toilet paper (had to ask) no shower curtain or door and the faucet had leaking problems so the bathroom floor was always wet. Breakfast was terrible, almost inexistent, when they saw we were sitting at the table the clerk, maid and security guard were the ones preparing breakfast for us(?!) no kitchen personnel at all! At checkout the credit card service was not working so I had to pay in cash (which I was counting on for the rest of my trip). Would not recommend this hotel to anyone in the future!

They don't serve breakfast.... so when I got down for breakfast they wanted to go buy it ... so I didn't bother and left... the bar is expensive asked the waiter for the price of bar couldn't tell me then when the bill came it was 20 jd for 2 beers
