We loved how helpfull and attentive staff was, the lobby food is above average for the hotel. Rooms are ok but some floors are smoking floors and sometimes even in non smoking rooms certain people decide to smoke (it's insanely important part of the culture). Unfortunately, the room had one of the worst matresses we experienced in 5 star hotels across 80 countries. And heads up for the possible noise, from Siddharta lounge, it can happen as it's inside of the hotel. On the other hand their restaurant on the 12th floor is absolutely worth to visit.

Great location and safe area to stay & explore although everyone drives everywhere. Would have scored hotel and staff as excellent but facilities just needed a little tlc here and there, and a couple members of staff could have been slightly more helpful. However overall would recommend.

The hotel is outdated. When you enter to the room, the AC panel is very old and you cannot even regulate the temperature. The Hiltopn must upgrade the termostate in each room. The standing light is old and overall you feel the hallway in each floor needs to be updated. Breakfast is fine. The lobby staff are not too friendly, they do not smile, they are not pleasant like other hotels. Most of staff cannot understand simple English, Even a word!!
