The bed was comfortable,but the lack of any comfortable chairs made it difficult. We asked for an extra chair as there was only one and it was a hard seat regular table chair. Another chair was brought immediately. It was an old wooden straight chair. There was a tiny bar of soap for our three days there. There were very few amenities, but the vibe was very friendly and all in all we were okay.

I had to change rooms at check in because they put me in a room without refrigerator or microwave. There was no internet. When I went to desk the gentleman that was 11 to 7 shift on 5-14 was on his phone and was sitting in his office and refused to get up. I brought my laptop to front desk and he rold me internet was full and ghats why I couldn't get on. I took a shower abd then realized i did not have a blow dryer. I went to desk where there was a new person at desk who said they had no blow dryers. So withbwet hair i had tobdrive to Walmart and buy one. Terrible!!!

It was good. It rained and the window upstairs leaked but overall it was a good place to stay for the price. Very friendly people. They cleaned the room and put new towns in bathroom while we was out during the day.

Awesome place to stay!

Our first stay at this hotel brand, but everything surpassed our expectations. Sheets were soft, room was very clean, we didn't have any issues whatsoever. Would definitely stay here again.

I wasn’t able to get a single bed room other than a suite and so I paid a little bit extra for the room, but it was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean and I was not disappointed. I did not have any trouble, The area was quiet.

It sucked!

No Elevator. No Wifi. Tv didnt work. No mini fridge, no microwave, no pool, no gym. Spent 45 minutes trying to call front desk about tv. No one ever answered. Went don the freaking stairs again no one at the desk and people waiting lobby to check in, have no idea when they finally got checked in. Will NEVER EVER book with hotels.com again.

Overall, it was a nice stay. The staff was very friendly. Our toilet ran and we kept having to take the lid off and fix it. It was annoying. The battery in the tv remote needed replaced, but not a reflection of the stay, they just needed to be told or switch it out. The breakfast was complimentary. It was a very basic selection. If you want a hot meal, you will need to go somewhere else. The coffee was very thick and not very good. Parking was great and the lot was well lit.

Great water pressure! Older property showing wear, but perfectly serviceable. TV was mounted above wardrobe and was slow to connect the service. Carpet could have used a restretch.
