"The property is objectively beautiful. Well designed and tidy. Our room was large and comfortable. Unfortunately our room had issues with hot water - couldn’t take a shower for longer than 8 mins or so without it going cold. Happened three different times at three different times of the day. Housekeeping also entirely skipped our room one day which was a bit of a disappointment after coming back from a long day of walking and looking forward to crawling into a comfy, clean bed. Hotel staff were kind and greeted you, but sometimes appeared overwhelmed by the front door/valet service. High end lotions and towels. But not sure we would stay here again. Location is convenient to get over to Cambridge but not actually along any subway lines so getting into downtown was a much bigger treck than we anticipated. Ubers are approximately 30$ each way to get into downtown."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was crazy hot and they offered us bottles of water while we were waiting for our room to be available. We had a 2-bed studio in the adjacent building and a member of staff walked us over and made sure we knew how to use the code to access the building. Above and beyond. The beds were doubles - barely - and were pretty tight for two slightly larger adults. Shower was roomy and had great water pressure."
