Room with a view

The building and the apartment itself was very well presented with everything needed for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The apartment was really clean with plenty of towels if you needed them. The toiletries were eco friendly and you could get more from the housekeeper if you wanted to. The bed lovely and comfortable and there was plenty of storage for clothing if you needed it. The surroundings were splendid, so many fabulous palm trees that when by the pool you would not think you were in a residential area. My balcony looked over the pool area it was a great way to start the day sat looking over an oasis. Great location as long as you were not expecting bars and restaurants very close by and I wasn’t. I would recommend and would return. Gracias to the team for a great stay.

Best apartaments from Alicante/ best service

Amazing stay at Palmeral....if you are looking for the best family friendly place in entire Spain just give it a try! The owner was exceptional and very open on all the needs of the guest! I will surely come again here only for this place!

Great hotel for families!

We traveled with two small children. Great hotel for children! The garden is amazing and we ended up staying in the garden and playing for hours each day. Friendly staff and nice and the rooms were new and fresh.

Nice fresh apartments!

Brilliant apartment and facilities. Really nice staff. We booked last minute on a whim and couldn't believe the apartment was above our expectations. Our 4 year old lived the play area, trampoline and pool. Good attention to details with supply of beach towels, cooking oil and dishwasher tablets! Local shopping centre is short walk ... we cooked most days as fresh fish, meats and veg were all available locally. We did hire a car but also took the local 23 bus into town. This didn't make being slightly out of town an issue and it was a very quiet suburban area to stay in which was nice for us! There is plenty of street parking outside the hotel. Only thing, we didn't bring washing tablets for the washing machine. Next time we stay we'll make sure we bring some as saves taking smelly beach wear home!

Thoroughly enjoyable stay at El Palmeral

A very well managed property in a generally quiet residential area. Too far to walk into Alicante but good bus connections and plenty of eating opportunities nearby. A thoroughly enjoyable stay. I would recommend the apartments to families and couples.

Very nice villa with a beautiful garden.

We stayed for 4 nights in early April. We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was fully equipped. Perfect for cooking meals. There is a supermarket nearby which you can do your shopping. The city center and other beaches were less than 10 minutes drive.

Nice but...

This is a rental apartment. It is fine except it is located a short distance from city center on the seashore. We arrived late at night and thankfully had our son with us who drove and speaks Spanish. The apartment is difficult to find. Once we settled in though, it was fine. No restaurants or anything of interest in walking distance. Next time, we would stay in city center.

Quiet and comfortable

Stayed here in January, host Carlos was great. The apartment was big with a kitchen, good if you intend to cook your own food. There's a pool and a nice garden with palms. Also relatively close to the city, just catch the bus 23 and it will take you in in about 15 minutes or so.

Beautiful apartments surrounded by palm trees.

The apartments are clean and modern with all the facilities you could want for an enjoyable stay. It is obvious that the owner of the apartments has put a great deal of love and effort into making this place a work of art. The hotel grounds are lovely with a good sized swimming pool. This is an ideal location for a family but you will need a car to visit Alicante and the beaches. San Juan beach is the bigger and better beach.

My family and I stayed in the apartment for a week and it was very enjoyable. The hotel staff was very helpful and place had very positive and relaxed atmosphere. Pool was really nice and everything was spotless.Would definitely stay there again.

Peace and Tranquility

Just returned from Alicante, and we're really pleased we stayed here. It's a short bus ride to the city centre but sufficiently far away for a bit of peace and tranquility during the day. Lovely, well-tended grounds and helpful staff make your stay as relaxing as possible. The apartments are spacious and airy. There are also good restaurants etc nearby if you fancy a lazy day away from the Centre.

Absolument exceptionnel : séjour de Rêve

Les 12 jours passés dans cet établissement ont dépassé toutes nos attentes. Le cadre est fabuleux, on est dans un jardin botanique, calme charmant avec une Âme. L'équipe est aux petits soins. Grands appartements avec tout tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Ménage régulier. Piscine, jacuzzi, bassins, Fitness, terrasses à deux pas du centre et des commerces. Lé tout est décoré avec goût. 12 appartements avec un rapport qualité prix incroyable. Merci à Carlos et l'équipe....ce lieu permet de passer un séjour de rêve au milieu d'un oasis de verdure dans un quartier . résidentiel. Bravo !
