VALE DO LOBO PREMIUM ACCOMMODATION, located in one of the most luxurious resorts in the Algarve, can accommodate up to 4 people and features a fully equipped American kitchen, living room with sofa bed and fireplace, along with the master bedroom with double bed. and private bathroom. This apartment also has you private on its terrace. The property has air conditioning, terrace with direct access to the resort gardens, outdoor swimming pool (3 x 4), protection for children, TV, WIFI, free parking next to the apartment. Very close to the tennis academy and the beaches of Vale do Garrão. Excellent option for those who like refinement and privacy.

In order to offer an outstanding service and being a private property management, all our check-ins are in person from 4pm to 11pm. A service charge (25 euros) is required for late check-ins done between 7pm and 11pm. After this hour - service fee of 50 euros.

Service fee for early check-in (subject to availability) from 10am to 4pm : 25 euros

On request, we can provide cot : 20 euros/unit/stay and high chair: 10 euros/ unit/stay

This property is independently managed and does not have permanent services like hotels. In order to offer our guests a service of excellence, services that are not included and considered additional will have a service charge between 30 and 150 euros, such as:
. Traveling to open doors (forgotten or lost keys).
. Additional orders and deliveries of towels or other products.
. Repairs and maintenance of equipment (due to negligence).
. Any and all other types of services not mentioned in the property information.


From November to March (inclusive) medium and long term rentals (min. 14 nights) are available.

For winter bookings: (Nov to February): Final cleaning fee: 80 euros
(All additional charges must be paid upon arrival in cash).

The swimming pool can be heated (27º) on request in advance and for a payment of 10€/night which will always correspond to the number of nights of the stay. Payment must be made in cash upon arrival.

New reservations at this property are subject to payment of the Loulé municipal tourist tax. The value of the municipal tourist tax is €2.00 (two euros) per person. Between November 1st and March 31st (low season) a 50% reduction will be applied to the base value of the municipal tourist tax, that is, it will be €1.00 (one euro).
The municipal tourist tax is payable per night for all guests aged 16 (sixteen) years or over, who stay for a maximum of 5 (five) consecutive nights, per person.
