The entrance door leads to a spacious and bright hall on the ground floor: bedroom 1 with bunk bed and closet, bedroom 2 with 2 single beds and bedroom 3 with a single bed. All bedrooms have built-in closets. In the hallway, two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. Spacious spiral staircase to the 1st floor: very spacious and bright living room, decorated with comfortable furniture and TV, dining area with dining table for 6 people. Panoramic sliding window opens onto a south-facing balcony overlooking the patio below and the sea in front. Kitchen with dining area, fully renovated and equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, as well as various small appliances (toaster, coffee maker, hand blender, etc.).
Small patio with garden at the back of the house. All bed linen and towels provided.
