Please be aware that the property is located right in the heart of the Old Town close to restaurants and bars. Always noise until bars close, although property has special sound insulation and glazed windows.

A damage deposit of € 250 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
