Summary:

This property is perfectly located and offers the most fabulous sea views. It is within walking distance of restaurants and the renowned ”Apolonia" supermarket, as well as, obviously, the wonderful beach, less than 200 m away.



This villa offers all home comforts and is perfect to cater for all the family.



The options are endless, long strolls on the beach, passing by the Salgados lagoon to see the variety of rare birds and nearby horse riding. At night-time, there are various restaurants within walking distance, or if you are looking for a busier atmosphere, Albufeira is only a few minutes away by car, with all catering and nightlife options available.





The lounge and 4 of the 5 bedrooms have air-conditioning. Pool heating is optional at an extra charge of £250.00 per week.



The Space:

The lounge/ dining area is open plan.



A fully fitted and equipped kitchen (leading straight out to the BBQ area) with fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle etc, indeed, everything that you would expect.



There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. A twin bedroom, that is serviced by the guest shower room. Another twin bedroom (the beds can be pushed together as seen in the photo), with an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have hairdryers.



The first floor has a further 3 bedrooms. A master bedroom with double bed and an ensuite shower room. There are also two further bedrooms, mainly designed as single bedrooms, but have an additional pull out bed that can be made up for two guests per room, if required.



On the outside, there is a 4m x 9m swimming pool which can be heated, if required at 250 GBP per week. This is surrounded by a terrace and lawn, with a large table and chairs for al-fresco dining and sun loungers.



There is also a barbecue area and work surfaces to one side just off the kitchen.
