Lovely apartment , clean and neat. Staff friendly and approachable , happy to help . Great location for beach , town , supermarket and bus route.

Good location and hotel was ok

Located about a 7 min walk from old town, so very close but also quiet. Pool was a good addition but always quite busy. Room wasn’t anything special but did the job. Not sparkling clean but nothing stood out as being uncomfortably dirty. Our biggest issue was that the listing said twin beds and they were small singles. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this to couples. Just a good place for a group of friends looking for a relaxing value for money holiday in Albufeira.

We had a great time location is great everything near by 5min walk to the beach supermarket 5mins from hotel facilities were good hotel staff were lovely Carla and Jose were great willing to help if you needed it would definitely stay here again thinking about going back next year rooms were cleaned every 2 days which was great we really enjoyed our stay every one was friendly can't wait to go back.

Good location. Tough to find and tough to inhabit

Hotel definitely needs a handyman. Toilet seats are loose (one is off the posts). Window panes rattle in the wind. Door handles are loose or don't turn. Cracks in the masonry. Almost impossible to find. No street signs and no # on the outside of the building. Garmin is in doubt as to the location. Only by asking locals did we locate the apt. No one on the desk. Only staffed occasionally. Beds are rock hard.

Well located

Location good, close to bars, restaurants, beach and marina Nice welcome from staff who were friendly and helpful Disappointed with apartment as walls were paper thin so could hear every slight noise, beds hard and uncomfortable with springs poking through and was quite dark even with the lights on. Plenty hot water but had to hold the shower head to wash yourself down as the fixture kept falling off the wall and spraying water everywhere. However, it was very clean with ample clean towels. Our stay was marred by drunken men making a racket a couple of mornings between 4.30am & 7am; generally behaving like louts swearing and shouting. They were old enough to know better and I'd be interested to know if they'd enjoy their stay if they wanted a relaxing break with their partners/families.

Good location, up a few steps from tho old town. Nice pool, quiet, but not the best view. Rooms clean and tidy, don't stay too long in the shower if there's 3 of you. Friendly people.

Good hotel very close to beach

Hotel check in excellent. staff very helpful. room clean all rooms overlook the pool and have sea views. large kitchen has everything you need. Bath and shower lots of hot water bar at side of pool for snacks 40 metres to sea. restaurant bars nearby. old town 10 min walk if you need any information or help ask Jose he is always happy to help

Good Location but poor service

It was convinient location, but otherwise really ** hotel at best. No service of any kind, nobody at re emotion. Pretty dirty kitchen with very old appliances and terrible smell. No A/C, which might be ok, but worth noting, as many folks might just assume it's probably acceptable accommodations for students, but not good for family, given many other, more comfortable and friendlier hotels around the area. We've requested to check out at 11:30am (instead of 11am) but owner ademantly refused any curtesy and banged on our door at 11am sharp as we were finishing packing.

Nice stay!

Great apartment. Super spacious with all the needed amenities... EXCEPT hot water. Kind of a bummer. When we checked in, Jose mentioned they are not around all the time and we are free to call them, but we did not have a phone, so it made this a bit difficult. We weren't sure if we could use the phone in our room to call, or if we would be charged if we did. Since there was no one ever around, it made asking these questions quite hard. We would leave the apartment around 9 am and no one was around...we checked. And often returned around 8-9 pm and no one was around (we checked). SO, we boiled water to shower every day. It was a bit annoying, but we managed. It would be nice if this was checked, or if there were people around, or if you had some kind of easier way to get in touch.

Firstly, very impressed with Carla and Jose who manage the place, Always on hand, nothing too much trouble, attended right away to any little thing required. Had trouble with contacting our transfare home, but Carla fixed it right for us. They made our stay a happy one and are a credit to there employers. Although the apartments were a little dated you could oversee it. Not suitable for people with mobility as there is no lift and three floors
