Exceptional offer just next to beach

We found exactly what was shown on the ad: spacious house in very good conditions, fully equipped and prepared for 7 pax... 3 bedrooms, 4 wc, garage for 2 cars, swimming pool. Very nice house in a peaceful area. Close to the beach (walking distance) and daily services/shops. We strongly recommend it!

Perfect location, spacious property

We were a group of 3 generations of family from 6 months to 60+ years. The hosts gave clear and accurate check in instructions and information about the local amenities. We were able to leave our luggage in the garage ahead of check in. The property was spacious for us as 6 adults and a baby. Facilities inside the property were just what we needed . The outdoor spaces including terraces and pool were ample and plenty of furniture, kitchenware and utensils. Loved how close the beach was and the plaza for bars and restaurants. The local shop had everything we needed to support our stay. The pool was lovely and the gardens kept well. During our stay we saw a pool man a couple of times and also the gardens were maintained whilst we were there. Would definitely return if we were coming back to the area. Thank you

Tolles Haus!

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt mit der Familie. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und es war sehr sauber. Der traumhafte Falesia-Strand liegt nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder 🙂!

Vacances ALGARVE

Le logement est idéalement placé pour une famille qui souhaite profiter de la mer sans devoir utiliser son véhicule. Le logement est spacieux et confortable, entièrement équipé et avec toutes les commodités nécessaires et à proximité (restaurants, piscine, super marché …) pour que votre séjour se passe pour le mieux. Attention par contre à la propreté du logement. Le sol et les appareilles de cuisine (meubles de cuisine, porte de frigidaire, micro onde, four, barbecue…) que nous avons trouvé sale à notre arrivé que je n’ai pas trouvé acceptable en période de COVID et avec un bébé qui fait encore du quatre pattes. Nous avons fait remonter immédiatement cette information au propriétaire du logement qui nous a uniquement proposé de quitter son logement si nous n’étions pas suffisamment satisfait.

Belle maison et bon séjour

Malgré le fait que la maison est de style un peu ancien, elle est assez bien avec une grande piscine. Son emplacement est aussi très bien. Cependant, l'annonce indiquait qu'il y aurait du papier toilette à notre disposition mais sur place il n'y en avait aucun. De plus, dans la dernière chambre au 2ème étage, l'eau n'avait pas beaucoup de pression et il était assez difficile d'avoir de l'eau chaude. La télécommande de la porte du garage ne fonctionnait pas, on devait à chaque fois sortir de la voiture et passer par la porte d'entrée pour ouvrir le garage de l'intérieur. Le point le plus négatif était le nettoyage, ce n'était pas très propre (par exemple, les siphons des salles de bain étaient très sales). Malgré tout, nous avons passé un agréable séjour et il y avait un bon contact avec la personne responsable.

Tolles Haus in genialer Lage

Das Haus hat in allen Belangen der Beschreibung entsprochen und unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Die Ausstattung der Küche läßt keine Wünsche offen, auch wenn man sich wegen Covid-19 komplett im Haus selbst verpflegt. Morgens wird man sanft von den Möwen geweckt, und das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse sehr ruhig. Sehr positiv zu erwähnen ist auch die riesige Garage im Untergeschoss, passend für 2 PKW. Man ist in 2min auf der Klippe mit Panoramablick, zum Strand braucht man nicht mehr als 5min, alles zu Fuß. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Casa é boa, tem tudo que necessita. A proximidade da praia é boa e a praia magnífica. É uma zona sossegada e com comércio muito próximo. Acho que acrescentaria à moradia apenas Wi-Fi.

Situado entre pinhais e a praia mas com todos os serviços também por perto, excelentemente mobilado e equipado a que se juntou cordialidade, simpatia e excelente acompanhamento dos proprietários e serviço de limpeza e manutenção fazem-nos recomendar esta propriedade a quem queira desfrutar dum Algarve calmo, muito agradável e simpático.
