Beautifully remodeled room and helpful staff

We had an excellent room with a view of the sea from our terrace. Plenty of space and a recently remodeled room with a comfortable bed. The staff was very helpful and provided us beach towels and parked our car for us.

Nach vielen Jahren wieder Mal in Alassio zu Besuch gewesen, ist das Hotel Fiori zentral und doch ruhig gelegen und mit seinen Komfort-Zimmer ein idealer Ausgangsort für den Strandbesuch oder einfach durch die Altstadt mit seinen unzähligen Cafés, Trattorias, Cocktail Bars und Strandrestaurants und Geschäften zu schlendern.

God beliggenhet - helt upersonlig, ok hotell

Et helt greit, helt upersonlig hotell med god beliggenhet nær stranden. Personalet var ikke spesielt opptatt av gjestene, her er det samlebånd som gjelder, og utover å registrere ankomst og avreise gjør de lite for å være imøtekommende eller yte service. Med det som premiss er dette et helt fint hotell med bra beliggenhet. Vi bodde tre netter på hotellet, rommet var trangt og mørkt, og renholdet var helt greit - men heldigvis var stranden bare et kvartal unna. Ved innsjekk fikk vi ingen informasjon om noe av hotellets fasiliteter - det viser seg forøvrig at de kan være behjelpelige med å booke solsenger på stranden for 45 Euro per dag. Hvis de glemmer å fortelle deg dette har du herved fått informasjonen :)

Die Zimmer waren relativ neu renoviert. Leider ohne den Charme des alten Gebäudes aufzunehmen. Grundsätzlich sind die Hotelfotos sehr zutreffend. Auf der Internetseite wird mit Privatstrand geworben. Im Endeffekt muss aber trotzdem in einem von den Banios eine Liege mieten. 2 Liegen mit einem Schirm kosten ab 40 EUR pro Tag. Halbe Tage gibts nicht überall. Ich hatte im Hotel einen Parkplatz gemietet. Die Gararge war ok. Aufgrund der Entfernung von rd. 400m vom Hotel finde ich EUR 28 pro Tag etwas zu viel. Personal war sehr freundlich.
