Either our third or fourth stay at this house. It kind of feels like our holiday home. Francesco could not be more accommodating. House is perfect. Plenty of space for teenagers and young adults. Adequate facilities for cooking in house. Perfect location between Alassio and Laigueglia. Plenty to do but equally great to pop down to beach or rest in the house! Trains do not bother us at all, soon get used to them. I’m sure we will be booking to return again soon!

Wonderful Appartement with sea view from every room

It was a very nice stay in the really large Appartement. Francesco is a Great Host and had a few good recommendations. Only slight disadvantage is the parking Situation and the very small Tunnel to reach the Appartement, but when you are there you have one of the greatest views at the sea we ever had. Alassio is a Great Place to be and we enjoyed also that we can reach Laigueglia with it s large lungomare … 5 of 5 (okay the trains are passing by, but we ignored them 😉)

Sea, sun and trains

Francesco was an excellent host on our arrival. He sorted out several problems with the apartment in the first few days. The location is perfect as a stepping stone to cycling in the beautiful hills and valleys behind this section of the Ligurian coast. It's close to the sea - just 50 metres as the crow flies - and 25 minutes walk to the Carrefour supermarket. The downside is that the house is only 25 metres from the railway line and trains run frequently all day. They start at 2 am, which meant none of us had a single undisturbed night's sleep without being woken three times. During the daytime if the window is open it is like being on a station platform when the trains go past and speech is impossible. The double glazing does help to dampen the noise but only to a degree. The bed in the main bedroom is very comfortable but the sheets didn't fit. The ceiling fan is extremely effective. We enjoy cooking when on holiday but the kitchen is very small and too poorly equipped to do anything other than simple dishes. There is a lovely terrace facing the sea but we had to ask for some chairs to sit out and take advantage of the sun. Alassio is a buzzy place with several very good restaurants.

Sehr schöne große Wohnung. Einziger Punkt Abzug ist der zug der tags und nachts fährt. Die Gleise sind in direkter Umgebung. Ansonsten waren wir rundum zufrieden und würden es auch Freunden weiterempfehlen

Sommerurlaub in Alassio

Super Lage, mit einem Wahnsinns Blick vom Balkon.Ein ultra kurzer Weg zum Wasser, da einer der öffentlichen (und einer der wenigen kostenlosen) Strandabschnitte direkt vor dem Haus liegt. Wohnung sehr gut, Sauberkeit könnte etwas besser sein.Stellplatz ist für größere Autos nicht möglich, jedoch kann entlang der Straße geparkt werden.Ein schöner Ort mit vielen Restaurants und einer schönen Altstadt.

Angenehme Familienferien

Trotz unmittelbare Nähe zu Zuglinie und Strasse sind Familienferien gut möglich. Das Haus ist am Rande zu Alassio und in der Nähe zu Laigueglia gelegen. So können in beiden Orten Läden, Restaurants und Strand etc. bestens zu Fuss oder mit Trottinetts besucht werden.

Ottima soluzione in villa con vista mare eccezionale

L’appartamento è meglio dal vivo che in foto: la vista mare è fantastica e Francesco è stato davvero accogliente e disponibile. I ragazzi potevano muoversi in autonomia e completa libertà.

Das beste Bett Italiens

Großes Schlafzimmer: das beste Bett Italiens, breit und stabil. Fenster schließt nicht gut, dafür begehbarer Schrank. Das Bad en suite ist geräumig, mit Blick vom Klo zum Meer ;-) Kleines Schlafzimmer: die Treppe dorthin ist sehr schmal, das Zimmer aber ruhig gelegen. Wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten. Lautstärke: je zwei Züge pro Stunde fahren bis ca. 23:30Uhr, nachts keine. Die Uferstraße ist tagsüber deutlich zu hören (was ja bekannt war), daher hat es uns nicht groß gestört. Später am Abend nur noch wenig Verkehr. Wohnzimmer: Sessel und Sofa sind herrlich bequem. Küche: komplett ausgestattet. Auch wird von früheren Gästen das Öl, Salz, Gewürze, Kaffee, Spüli usw. aufgehoben, sodass nichts fehlt. Unterführung: unser Sharan ist mit Außenspiegel 2,08m breit. Die Spiegel eingeklappt hatten wir links und rechts je ca. 8cm Platz. Hoch ist der Sharan 1,70m, und höher hätte das Auto auch nicht sein dürfen, da der Weg anschließend sofort ansteigt. Ansonsten sind vor der Unterführung ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze, dann läuft man ca. 100m den Zufahrtsweg entlang der Bahn.

Tolle Aussicht und eine schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Die Übergabe durch Francesco war sehr informativ und hilfsbereit. Man müsste ev. noch über die beschwerliche und enge Zufahrt zum Haus informieren und das ein reger Zugverkehr direkt unter dem Haus statt findet. Trotz allem würde ich das Objekt vermutlich noch ein Mal buchen.

Traumhafter Blick

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Alassio sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Blick aus allen Fenstern aufs Meer ist wirklich traumhaft. Der Weg zum nächsten öffentlichen Strand kurz. Der Strand ist sehr schön mit feinem Sand, flachem Zugang ins Meer und vielen Sandbänken - ideal für Kinder/Familien. Die Promenade lädt zum Flanieren ein - sowohl nach Alassio als auch nach Laigueglia. Das einzig Negative war, dass es durch die Straße und die Bahnlinie direkt vor der Tür sehr laut war (auch nachts). Wer empfindlich diesbezüglich ist, sollte besser etwas im ruhigen Hinterland buchen. Auch die Zufahrt durch eine sehr enge Unterführung ist nur für sehr routinierte Fahrer mit einem nicht allzu großen PKW geeignet. Eine Klimaanlage in der Wohnung wäre auf Grund der anhaltenden Hitze wünschenswert gewesen; die Deckenventilatoren kühlen nur mäßig.

Amazing beach

One of the finest beaches we have ever visited and the house is located very close to it. Francesco is a fantastic host and very helpful. We could have appreciated an upgrade of kitchen utilities but overall the kitcheh is ok. The trains are quite frequent during daytime but not disturbing during the night. Would have been great with an AC but the fans worked just fine in the bedrooms. If you are looking for a place with focus on the sea and the beach we can highly recommend it,

Vacanza perfetta

La casa è molto spaziosa, adatta per ospitare 6 persone molto comodamente. La posizione fantastica fronte mare è sicuramente un punto di forza. Il treno è la strada sottostante non danno fastidio. C'è un sottopassaggio stretto sotto la ferrovia per arrivare alla casa, ma cmq con una semplice manovra passa anche un suo. Non posso non ringraziare Francesco per la perfetta accoglienza e per le informazioni riguardo ai borghi da visitare e gli ottimi ristoranti. Se dovessimo tornare ad Alassio, sicuramente sapremmo dove andare! Unica pecca della casa è la cucina, completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici, ma con stoviglie e pentole datate.

Perfekt für die Familie

Wir waren zu viert vor Ort. Eltern und Kinder. Die Räumlichkeiten sind hierfür einfach perfekt. Francesco ist sehr hilfsbereit bei der Ankunft und hat auch sehr gute Tipps für den Aufenthalt vor Ort parat. Die Lage ist zwischen Alassio und Laigueglia gelegen auch super. Klar, Zug und Strasser sind halt Recht nah, aber wir wussten das und die Lage bzw. Ausstattung macht das mehr als weg. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!

Splendido soggiorno, goduto in particolare della terrazza sul mare. Casa pulita, comoda per delle camminate verso il budello di Alassio o anche per Laigueglia, distante poco più di 2km con lungomare pedonale. Il treno che passa disturba relativamente poco. Ci tornerei di sicuro

Serre 5 in Alassio

The flat is spacious and has nice view from all rooms to the sea. As others have mentioned, the trains below the house are loud and also the street is close. Nothing for noise sensitives. We liked that we could reach the beach so easily by foot. All the bathing clubs and public beaches of Alassio and Laigueglia are very close. You can also walk into both villages, we did not need our car at all. Francescos tipps for Restaurants were very good. Two suggestions for improvement for the balcony: it would be nice to have a sun umbrella that can be bent to produce shadow for breakfast on the balcony in the mornings and we missed cushions for the outside chairs. Thank you for the nice stay.

Mare e natura

Bellissimo appartamento, nuovo, vivibile, per famiglie, con ampi spazi, giardino curato con piante tipiche. Posizione riservata e piacevole sia di giorno che di sera. Centro di Alassio e Laigueglia raggiungibili a piedi. Supporto prima e durante il soggiorno del sig. Francesco che ci ha anche dato indicazioni per interessanti visite dei borghi dell'entroterra. Proprietari gentili e discreti. Passaggio sotto la ferrovia con monovolume richiede qualche manovra, alternativamente posteggio libero di fronte a casa lungo l'Aurelia trovato facilmente. Traffico su strada e ferrovia non particolarmente fastidioso, di notte passano pochi treni.

Die Wohnung ist sehr grosszügig. Sie liegt optimal zwischen Alassio und Leigueglia, wunderschöne , toll eingerichtet. Wundervoller Blick aufs Meer. Wunderbare Aussicht

Die Aussicht ist traumhaft ,aus jedem Raum Meerblick... Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Umgebung: Leider führt aber auch eine Bahnlinie und die Küstenstraße unmittelbar am Haus vorbei, nichts für zarte Ohren. Die Zufahrt ist ziemlich eng (Bahnunterführung und Auffahrt),mit unserem Audi Q2 ging es aber mit etwas Rangierarbeit. Alternativ kann man an der Küstenstraße parken. Francesco(Agent) und der ältere Hausbesitzer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sprechen gut Englisch.
