The property is so beautiful and clean. We were greeted with refreshing tasteful drinks. Alexander, the concierge, was so knowledgeable and gave great insights about the resort. Our room was directly across from the ocean and that made the views even more illuminating. The live bands at night was entertaining. The service and staff were very friendly and thoughtful. They helped with celebrating my daughter birthday. We enjoyed dining at several restaurants trying different delicious dishes and drinks.

Conrad Tulum is an amazing property. It's extremely beautiful, it is well manged, and it is secure. It offers everything you need to enjoy your stay in the Maya Riviera including beaches, pools, restaurants, a full service spa, and other onsite amenities. Wonderful resort with great staff and not overcrowded. The morning Buffett is delicious with varied choices of Mexican and American foods, if not so adventurous. The staff is friendly and have that warm welcoming Mexican ‘bienvenido a nuestra casa’ attitude. The beach is quiet and very private. The Conrad has great beautifully landscaped walking paths. If you’re lucky you might see the local wildlife. Never a problem with the AC or WiFi. If you need tv viewing there’s plenty of options. I recommend the outdoor beach eating palapas, especially ‘El Chiringuito’. I recommend hiring a tour guide/driver like Juan Santos to take you to the local archeological sights. You need nerves of steel if you want to drive against the local drivers. They have their own road rules. My family and I went to celebrate our birthdays in late Jan-Feb. I don’t want to stay in hot uncomfortable rooms or have mosquitos bothering me. The rooms are spacious and lovely. Don’t overpay for cabs. The concierge will help you arrange rides into Tulúm. The property is sublime with nothing lacking. Only minus for us is dinner portions are small and pricey. I can’t wait till my next visit.

The architecture was amazing. The restaurants and food offerings were good (reservations were hard to come by when they were empty). Beautiful pools and beachfront. Staff was cordial and polite. Prices for items on menus vs. charges varied, issues with the toilet and sink in the room required fixing. It seemed like a new property trying to get their bearings. But for the location, food and atmosphere, I'd go back in a heartbeat.
